What is the difference between "General Cleaning" and "End of Tenancy Cleaning"?

General cleaning is maintenance. End of Tenancy cleaning is restoration. It involves moving appliances to clean behind them, degreasing surfaces that haven’t been touched in months, and ensuring the property meets the “cleanliness” clause of your legal contract.

It’s not necessary to stay during cleaning. Please open the door for cleaners and instruct your requirements if you have and you many leave. However, it’s necessary for you to come back about 30 minutes in advance to check the house, to ensure you are happy with the results.

Our standard move out rate includes vacuuming and mopping. Specialist services like marble polishing, parquet waxing, or professional curtain dry-cleaning are not available. Please clarify these when booking.

We recommend to arrange landlord or agent in advance, to come and check at the end of cleaning session. If there is a legitimate cleaning issue raised during your handover inspection, we will re-clean it right away for free.
